Brafasco, Brock White Canada, and National Concrete Accessories are thrilled to announce the next chapter together. The same great people, along with a growing number of products and services to support Canadians coast-to-coast, will change to a new name and look: White Cap. Our valued customers will see changes in the near future that reflect this existing new look and feel. Bringing the White Cap name to Canada completes a larger story as one of North America’s largest construction, industrial and safety supplies distributors in North America. From hard-to-find products to helpful jobsite advice, compliance & training, or many other areas of the planning, building, and maintenance life cycle, we support professional contractors to keep their projects moving on time, on budget, and as safely as possible. With more than 1,000 Associates and over 65 locations across Canada, we are proud to be of service to tens of thousands of customers, jobsites and facilities. Being there with customers shoulder-to-shoulder on their needs will make it easier under one White Cap name. Stay tuned for more exciting updates on this announcement. White Cap Supply Canada Inc. (“White Cap”) has closed on the previously announced agreement to acquire National Concrete Accessories Canada Inc. (“NCA”), an Alberta corporation. NCA is now part of White Cap Supply Canada, which is comprised of Brafasco and Brock White Canada (“BWC”), forming a single Canadian business.
We are excited and committed to this acquisition, as we continue to grow our organization into a larger national footprint to enhance service. The combined teams of talented associates across Brafasco, BWC and NCA will be able to offer an unparalleled level of service, depth of inventory and breadth of products for you, our customers across nine provinces in Canada.
Our commitment to serving you with exceptional, uninterrupted service remains our top priority. In the near term, it will remain business as usual for all transactions you may have with Brafasco, Brock White or NCA at this time. We will be introducing an enhanced buy-sell process across all three companies to better serve you. More information on this will be communicated by your Account Manager.

We have exciting news to share with you today.
This morning, Wednesday, March 24, it was announced that White Cap Supply Canada (“White Cap”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of National Concrete Accessories Canada Inc. (“NCA”), an Alberta corporation.
Upon the closing of the deal, NCA will combine with White Cap Supply Canada, which is comprised of the Brafasco and Brock White Canada (BWC) brands, to form a single Canadian business. This combined business unit will be led by myself as Business Unit President and Neil Fast as Regional Vice President.
We are excited and committed to this intended combination, which is still subject to obtaining customary regulatory approvals, as together we will be able to offer an unparalleled level of service, depth of inventory and breadth of products for customers across Canada, coast-to-coast.
The depth of products, services, and knowledge that NCA has in concrete forming and accessories complements Brafasco’s specialty in fasteners, tools, and safety products and BWC’s portfolio of building envelope, concrete accessories, masonry and geotechnical products.
This acquisition brings together three talented teams with unique and complementary strengths that will enable the best possible experience for you – our valued customers. Brafasco, BWC, and NCA all share a strong commitment to providing you with exceptional service.
However, until the deal has closed, Brafasco and BWC as White Cap Supply Canada and NCA will continue to operate as standalone companies. More details will follow upon the closing of the transaction.

Brafasco Business Unit under White Cap and CSG Transaction is Complete
To Our Valued Customers,
We are pleased to announce that effective today, Monday, October 19, Brafasco (part of the White Cap Enterprise) has separated from HD Supply and completed the transaction to combine two industry-leading business under joint ownership by Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) and The Sterling Group. The work to integrate White Cap and Construction Supply Group (CSG) kicks off today!
Our goal with this integration it to ensure minimal to zero disruption in service, while bringing to life the many benefits the combination of our two industry-lead businesses will create for you.
This transformational combination of North America’s leading distributors of specialty construction, manufacturing and industrial supplies will allow our customers to benefit from broader, more diverse product and service offerings and more efficiencies for customers across Canada.
This combined industry-leading organization will be led by John Stegeman as Chief Executive Officer and Alan Sollenberger as President. White Cap headquarters, otherwise known as the Field Support Center, will be in Norcross, Georgia. The Brafasco Shared Service office continues to operate out of Vaughan, Ontario with the same Leadership Team and Canadian resources, continuing Brafasco’s growth with our branches and associates throughout ever Canadian market served.
As we kick off the critical work to integrate our businesses, it will remain business as usual for our customers. Your current pricing, credit levels, account contacts and more, will remain the same for the coming months until we inform you otherwise.
