A downtown Vancouver 12-storey luxury apartment building underwent a retrofit using Porcelanosa's high-performance cladding system. The project, led by Chris Duray Studio Inc. & Buttjes Architecture and installed by Cutting Edge, featured over 20,000 SF of Moon White polished porcelain panels and 3,000 SF of Black Liam panels with LED strip lights. Despite challenges with existing structure conditions, Porcelanosa's adaptable system and sleek design resulted in a stunning, durable building that will be a downtown Vancouver showpiece for decades.
