A downtown Vancouver 12-storey luxury apartment building underwent a retrofit using Porcelanosa's high-performance cladding system. The project, led by Chris Duray Studio Inc. & Buttjes Architecture and installed by Cutting Edge, featured over 20,000 SF of Moon White polished porcelain panels and 3,000 SF of Black Liam panels with LED strip lights. Despite challenges with existing structure conditions, Porcelanosa's adaptable system and sleek design resulted in a stunning, durable building that will be a downtown Vancouver showpiece for decades.

This downtown Vancouver 12 storey luxury apartment building was in need of a retrofit. Porcelanosa was the product of choice for the architect, providing high technical performance characteristics. The Porcelanosa facades cladding system provides this building with excellent impact, scratch, and UV resistance to withstand the variety of weather conditions experienced on the West Coast
