SFU PARCEL 21 AMENITY BUILDING - BURNABY

Simon Fraser University (SFU) has always been at the forefront of innovative design and sustainable architecture. The latest addition to their campus, the SFU Parcel 21 Amenity Building, is no exception. This new structure, located behind 8650 University Crescent on Highland Court in Burnaby, BC, stands as a testament to modern architectural excellence and thoughtful material selection.

One of the standout features of this new amenity building is the striking use of Pacific Clay’s Cobalt Blue Glazed Thin Brick. This vibrant and durable material not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the building but also aligns with SFU’s commitment to sustainability and quality.

The deep, rich hue of the Cobalt Blue Glazed Thin Brick adds a unique character to the building, making it a visual landmark on the campus. The choice of this particular brick was driven by its superior quality and the timeless elegance it brings to the structure.
